One Riverfront has a bike ride or hike on the Colorado Riverfront Trail each month. On March 16 the group had its St. Patrick’s Day Bike Ride from Dos Rios to Corn Lake State Park between rain showers, wrote George Manning with this photo taken by Sarah Brooks.

Twenty-two members of the Circle K Kiwanis Club at Colorado Mesa University on March 6 made 31 blankets for Project Linus, an organization that gives blankets to children at local hospitals. This photo was taken by Mike Moran, the Circle K adviser.

Susan Justice took this photo during a drive up Grand Mesa. A friend later identified the bird as a golden eagle, Justice wrote.

“It was unusual that the flowers were blooming this early,” wrote Karl Knoblock with this photo taken in his backyard on March 3. “When it snowed it made a nice contrast with the yellow daffodils.”
